How Powerful are You?

Pain is a part of life. Suffering is optional and caused by resisting rather than accepting what life offers you. Through acceptance of life and what it offers, you will not suffer.

When you are experiencing suffering or a “trigger” there is something up for you to feel into and heal. We all have unresolved fears and traumas from our past and those patterns continue to play out in our lives until we shift our consciousness.

Letting go of resistance and opening your heart to acceptance is the way to release drama from your life. When you accept what is, there is no way to have conflict in your life. Even though you may be sad or cry as life plays out, there is still the power of acceptance and that is transformative.

YOU are deciding whether you are experiencing a good day or not. That is how powerful you are. If you happen to like, accept or want what is happening, then you might call it a good day. On the chance that you want something else to be happening, or to not happen, then you might focus on what a bad day it is, or how awful your life is, or how if someone else acted differently then you could be happy. This is essentially playing Russian roulette with your happiness, as your mind (read: your judgments) decide whether or not it is a good day or a bad one.

When we have a true connection with ourselves we will never be or feel lonely.
Without that connection, we can feel alone even in a room full of people (I have experienced this many times).

Our relationship with the world is truly a reflection of our relationship with ourselves. The juiciness of life is available through the power of Self-Love. Self-Love fosters connection.

Do your work to explore the blocks and limitations of Self-Love. Through doing so, the expanded freedom, joy, ease and acceptance of this thing called life is amazing.

In his book Emptiness Dancing Adyashanti shared with those considering doing spiritual work, “If you really want to be free, you’ve got to be prepared to lose your world — your whole world. If you’re trying to prove your world view is right, you might as well pack your bags, and go home. If you want to wake up and find, “Hallelujah! I was right about it all,” just go on vacation or back to work, and don’t drive yourself crazy on spiritual matters. But if it’s slightly appealing to think about waking up and realizing, “Oh I was totally wrong, I was totally wrong about myself and about everybody else. I was totally wrong about the world,” you might be in the right place.” Accepting what is means letting go of any attachment to being right or to our past.

Doing your own work often requires trusted support from someone who has met their own pain and done their own work in order to guide you through to a new way. I have supported hundreds of clients with one-on-one sessions to shift their consciousness through meeting the stored trauma, fears and emotions. Here’s what some of them have to say. Call us today at 515-313-1156 to book an appointment for unwaivering support.

Let’s face it. This world is a world of insanity. How you relate to your world is a reflection of how you experience your life. Experiencing anything through the lens of Love opens hearts and simply feels good!

This month’s Energy Transmission will focus directly on cleaning up fears and traumas from our past. We all need support in shifting our consciousness from past traumas and to see what our filters have blocked from our awareness. The reconnection to the enlightened awareness of your soul in these transmissions brings you exactly the light that you need to find a new way. The transmission is September 16th. Register online and share your intentions for healing with me.
